JUNE 2014—The LIA NextPV participated in the 40th IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference (PVSC):
- Four-fold MQWs absorption enhancement in a 430 nm thick InGaAs/GaAsP MQWs solar cell, Benoît Behaghel (PhD student), IEEE PVSC, Denver.
- Accurate measurement of temperature and electrochemical potential of InGaAsP/InP heterostructures: A first indication of hot carriers solar cell operation, Dr. Laurent Lombez, IEEE PVSC, Denver.
The LIA also took part in the IUMRS-ICEM that was in Taïwan:
- Imaging Solar Cell Operation, Prof. Jean-François Guillemoles, IUMRS-ICEM, Taipei.
